DEALER TERMS AND POLICIES
Our goal at
DEAN Optics is to provide authorized dealers with the highest form of
protection from unfair competition. We therefore, require proof of dealer
authenticity before establishing an account. The minimum order to establish
an account is $150.00. All reorders must total a minimum of $50.00
before shipment can be made.
TERMS:
At this time, all orders must be pre-paid before items are shipped. Orders may be paid by credit card (Visa, MC,
Am Ex, Discover) through PayPal.
Accounts may also elect to have items paid by check or COD. Any dealer whose check is returned due to
non-sufficient funds will receive a $25 charge-back and be placed on credit
card only status. All accounts must be current before another order is
shipped.
RETURNS &
WARRANTIES:
We work hard to manufacture products that are
durable and reliable. However, if our products do not hold up (within a
period of six (6) months from the date of purchase) due to defective materials
or workmanship, we will repair or replace the eyewear upon our inspection
and at our discretion. Returned goods must be FRESHLY WASHED, have a
return authorization code and a copy of the original invoice. Unused
merchandise may be returned for an account credit within fourteen (14)
days of shipment from the DEAN Optics warehouse. Merchandise held over
twenty fourteen (14) is non-refundable.
BACK ORDERS:
We will not be providing backorders at this time. All items not currently in stock, will not be
charged. Orders will need to be
re-submitted for purchase at a later time.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx Ground unless accounts requests
otherwise. Any order discrepancy must be reported to DEAN Optics within
48 hours of receipt of shipment.
